Here at the Quad Roller Skate Store we want to provide you the best possible service, which is why we’re working to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible, but please bear in mind the following:
- If you place your order from the Spanish mainland, you will receive your order within 24 to 48hr or 10-15 working days, depending on which warehouse the products you ordered are stored in.
- If you place your order from the Balearic Islands, you will receive your order within 2-5 working days or 15-20 working days, depending on which warehouse the products you ordered are stored in.
- If you place your order from the Canary Islands, you will receive your order within 5 working days or 15-20 working days, depending on which warehouse the products you ordered are stored in. For deliveries that weigh over 2kg, the delivery costs will also include the cost of customs handling in Spain (DUA). You will however need to take into account that you may incur additional costs in your own country from taxes or customs charges. If you have any questions, we would recommend that you get in touch with your local postal service and ask them to avoid any nasty surprises.
- If you place your order from European Countries, you will need to add the times shown in the grids below to the 24-48hr or 15-20 days shown on the product. For deliveries to South America you will need to take into account that you may incur additional costs in your own country from taxes or customs charges. If you have any questions, we would recommend that you get in touch with your local postal service and ask them to avoid any nasty surprises.
- Provided we have everything in stock and everything is ok, we will prepare your order so that we can send it to you immediately. Additionally if we receive your payment confirmation before 13:30 (Spanish Mainland time) we will send it out the same day.
- If we don’t have your items in stock, we’ll contact you per e-mail to let you know the wait time, or give you an alternative option.
- We will not post any items without first receiving payment.
- The delivery time at the destination will depend on the type of delivery you chose which will be set out further below.
- Timings are counted in working days (Monday to Friday) not including holidays and non-working days. If you chose to pay by Bank transfer, those timings can change, but we will despatch your order as soon as we receive confirmation of a transfer.
- QuadRollerskatestore.com reserves the right to modify these delivery terms and conditions at any time without any warning.
- No orders will be delivered to PO boxes.
- During specially mentioned days such as Christmas or 3 King’s or long weekends, we will not be able to guarantee the time and date of delivery depending on the volume facing the delivery companies.
Exchanges and returns
At Quad Roller Skate Store we’re sure you’ll love our products, but if you need to exchange a size or tell us anything about your order, email us and we’ll sort it for you.
For your peace of mind:
*Art. 44 of the law 7/1996, of the 15th of January, de Ordenación del Comercio Minorista, gives you the right to Exchange or return any bought product 7 days after receipt of the same. And because we believe in the fact that you’ll love our products and in the service we’ll provide you, if even then you’re unhappy with anything, we’ll give you your money back with no problems.
*The only thing we ask of you is to send us an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org to ask for the Exchange or return of your product, the reason for the return and your details so that we can contact you.
*If after all you would like to Exchange or return your order, we recommend that you contact your local postal Service to return your order to our warehouse as they are likely to offer the best prices.
*Once we receive the package we will verify that everything is in perfect condition with the original packaging. You need to know that you can try your skates inside, but you cannot use them outside or have any marks on the wheels or toe stops otherwise we won’t be able to exchange them. For hygiene reasons, skating tights are the only thing we cannot offer returns or exchanges on.
* In any case, so that you don’t lose heart, if you do need to Exchange anything, we’ll send you the replacement for free and you can even add other items to the same order to save on delivery costs ;-) (up to a maximum of twice the weight of the initial order - to peninsula and islands-. Ask us for special conditions to Latin America and Europe)
*All the products in our store have at least a 1 year guarantee for normal use and of course, if the product is defective we’ll send you a replacement free of charge or return your money.
*When you receive your order, we know you’ll be desperate to get it open, but please take some time to check that there is nothing wrong with your package and no damage has been done during transport. If you do notice anything, please keep a copy of the transport documents and please contact us within 48 hours so that we can get it sorted for you. (email@example.com)
